옅은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 맑게 흐른다. 킬호만 8년은 아일라 캐스크에서 숙성한 젊은 아일라 몰트로, 코끝에 갓 피운 모닥불 연기와 바닐라, 시트러스가 생생하게 번진다. 입에 머금으면 48도의 또렷한 질감 위로 그을린 보리와 꿀, 바다 내음이 활기차게 차오른다. 여운은 짭조름한 재의 향과 달콤한 보리로 선명하게 남는다.
