Tasting Notes
노즈는 처음부터 가벼운 스타일임을 분명히 한다. 꿀에 조린 배와 갓 빻은 곡물, 슈가파우더를 뿌린 페이스트리가 명확하게 드러나고 레몬 사탕과 미미한 캠퍼가 뒤따른다. 팰럿에서는 옥수수 비중이 높은 매시빌의 결이 그대로 읽혀 질감이 얇고 흐르는 꿀과 구운 시리얼, 설탕에 절인 오렌지 껍질이 이어진다. 48.4%라는 도수도 이 가벼움을 뒷받침한다. 피니시는 짧은 편이며 레몬 셔벗과 옥수수 시럽의 단맛이 마무리를 담당한다.
