Tasting Notes
옅은 밀짚빛이 잔에 맑게 담긴다. 열두 해를 보낸 술치고 색이 밝아 새 오크에 오래 머물지 않았음을 짐작하게 한다. 부드러운 바닐라와 브리오슈, 조청 같은 보리 시럽과 팝콘, 그 끝에 귤 껍질의 향이 스친다. 입에서는 풀과 허브, 이끼 같은 초록의 결이 먼저 오고 뒤로 시트러스 껍질과 계피, 순한 후추가 따라온다. 46도라는 도수가 이 섬세함을 잘 지탱한다. 여운은 제법 길게 이어지며 풋자두와 루바브의 신맛을 남긴다.

it's almost as if this was matured in fresh oak for only two or three years and then re-racked in refill. Soft vanillas, brioches and sponge cakes, barley syrup (yes), nougat and popcorn, perhaps tangerines…

super good! More grasses and herbs, even mosses, green spices, citrus peel… Not sure all that is very 'bourbon', but I really like this development. Goes towards cinnamon and soft peppers then, which was more expected, naturally
timer Finish
rather long, a tad oakier. Nice green fruits, green plums, rhubarb…
