스페이 강과 피들리히 강이 만나는 크레이겔라키는 유황 머금은 묵직한 몰트로 알려져 있다. 셰리 버트에서 21년을 보낸 이 위스키는 짙은 호박빛을 띤다. 향에는 말린 과일과 성냥불, 가죽이 깊게 감돈다. 50도의 입안에서는 건포도와 호두, 오크 향신료가 단단하게 흐른다. 21년 숙성의 여운에는 셰리 단맛과 흙내가 길게 머문다.

artichokes and used matches a first sniffings, then a lot of tobacco (both pipe and cigars), then much more marmalade, raisins, leather, and a very large walnut cake. With water: older walnuts, malt, leather, and a little pine wood smoke. Or cones. Asparagus
restaurant Palate
that some sherried Craigellachie would resemble some Macallan won’t surprise us. That’s totally the case here, with these leathery prunes and raisins, a rather extravagant mentholness (hey!?), and a bag of quinces and kumquats. I like this palate much better than the nose, I have to say. With water: kumquat-forward!

rather long, oloroso-y, on a sweet bitterness, Seville oranges, spicy chutneys…
