잔을 채운 옅은 황금빛이 크레이겔라키 특유의 단단한 몰트를 예고한다. 코에는 파인애플과 왁스, 성냥을 켠 듯한 옅은 유황내가 어우러져 오른다. 한 모금 머금으면 꿀과 보리, 구운 사과의 단맛이 또렷이 드러나고 64.6도의 높은 도수가 강한 향신료를 밀어 올린다. 옅은 황금빛 잔 속에서 향신료와 왁스의 여운이 드라이하고 길게 이어지는 스페이사이드 싱글몰트다.

yess! Mentholated rubber and smoked grapefruit skin, plus oversteeped lapsang souchong and pepper liqueur. I made some pepper liqueur once myself and almost killed my very dear brother with it. It's very hard to get it balanced and drinkable. With water: smoky marmalade?
