구릿빛이 도는 호박색이 잔 속에 진하게 담긴다. 같은 시리즈의 다른 통에서 나온 이 병은 조금 더 나무 쪽으로 기울어 있다. 톱밥과 정향이 먼저 오고 그 뒤로 흑설탕과 구운 견과가 따라온다. 65.3도의 술은 입에서 뜨겁게 번지며 후추와 캐러멜을 동시에 밀어 올린다. 물을 더하면 바닐라와 말린 사과가 조용히 살아난다. 같은 해 원액이라도 통이 다르면 얼마나 달라지는지 보여주는 병이다. 여운은 건조한 오크로 오래 남는다.
