짙은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 천천히 흘러내린다. 아카이브스가 고른 이 열 해짜리 통은 향부터 달다. 캐러멜과 바닐라, 그리고 옥수수의 기름진 냄새가 겹겹이 올라온다. 64.6도라는 도수 탓에 첫 모금은 곧게 서지만 물 몇 방울에 퍼지며 토피와 정향, 오렌지 껍질이 풀려 나온다. 2009년에서 2018년까지의 시간이 나무를 충분히 끌어냈다. 여운은 계피와 마른 참나무를 남기고 길게 이어진다.
