Tasting Notes
불그레한 구릿빛이 잔에 짙게 어린다. 2007년 원액을 버번 호그스헤드에서 열한 해 익힌 크레이겔라키는 호두 얼룩과 가구 광택제, 피칸 파이와 엔진 오일 같은 묵직하고 기름진 향을 앞세운다. 54도의 한 모금은 파이프 담배와 랍상소총 차, 그린 월넛의 쌉쌀함이 강렬하게 밀려들고, 메이플 시럽과 땅콩버터의 단맛이 그 무게를 받친다. 여운은 초콜릿과 커피, 세비야 오렌지로 옮겨가며 길게 이어진다.

restaurant Palate
huge! Eating pipe tobacco, drinking lapsang souchong (big time!) and quaffing green walnut liqueur (check Silver Seal's bottlings, they're always brilliant and I remember I downed one whole bottle while binge-watching La case de papel, season one). With water: same as long as you do not ad too much water, which would disintegrate it
timer Finish
long, chocolaty, with more coffee this time. Seville oranges and artichoke liqueur in the aftertaste
