노즈에서는 호두와 생초콜릿, 촉촉한 시가, 발효된 뉘앙스가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 물을 더하면 호두 케이크와 밀리어네어 쇼트브레드로 발전한다. 팰럿은 59.6도의 힘이 실려 호두와 후추, 데메라라 시럽, 진한 당밀과 메이플 시럽이 층을 이룬다. 피니시는 길고 당밀의 농축된 단맛과 초콜릿 캐러멜의 여운이 이어진다. 올로로소 옥타브 피니시를 거친 크래겔라키 12년으로, 셰리 캐스크의 개성이 단단하다.
