노즈에서는 올로로소 셰리에서 숙성된 크라이겔라키답게 옅은 황 내음과 함께 호두, 말린 과일 향이 두드러진다. 62.1도 높은 도수에서 향신료와 가죽이 강하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 진하게 입을 채우며, 다크초콜릿과 건포도, 고기 풍미가 단단한 구조감을 이룬다. 피니시는 길고 드라이하며, 11년 숙성에도 묵직한 셰리 타닌과 향신료가 깊게 머문다.

I'm thinking Zwetschke tarte, panettone, Linzertorte, kougelhopf, beerawecka (no oven needed for beerawecka), and some kind of mushroom and meet pie, English-style.
