노즈에서는 마른 풀과 과일 껍질, 오래된 화이트 와인의 드라이한 향이 먼저 두드러지고 셀러리악과 파스닙 같은 뿌리채소 뉘앙스가 더해진다. 팰럿은 짭조름한 드라이 셰리와 머스터드, 호두가 또렷하게 발전하며 피칸과 마카다미아의 견과 풍미가 단단하게 받친다. 피니시는 길고 짭짤하며 만사니야 셰리와 그린 커리 끝맛이 깊게 머문다. 19년 숙성 크레이겔라키의 드라이하고 고소한 구조가 명확하게 드러난다.
