호그스헤드에서 27년을 보낸 시간이 롱몬 특유의 풍성한 과일 향을 한층 무르익게 다듬었다. 코에는 잘 익은 사과와 배, 꿀에 절인 살구가 바닐라와 함께 깊고 둥글게 피어오른다. 시그나토리가 병입한 50.1도의 원액은 입에서 농축된 과수원 과일 단맛 위로 오크 스파이스와 캐러멜이 묵직하게 흐른다. 1992년 빈티지의 원숙함이 짙은 황금빛 잔 안에서 꿀과 잘 익은 과일의 길고 부드러운 여운으로 마무리된다.

this time it’s the Boisdale with a little more mint and dill and rather less vanilla than the Archives. Also touches of gentian, coconut (freshish oak) and sugar cane. Quite lovely I must say

once again, same comments. More grass and mint, herbs, crème de menthe… All that isn’t extravagantly mentholated but well, it’s there. Other than that, same combo as the others
