Tasting Notes
어두운 적갈색이 잔 안쪽에 깊게 머무른다. 1971년 롱몬의 셰리 우드가 18년을 보내며 빚어낸 향이 코끝에서 깨어난다. 익은 자두와 오렌지 마멀레이드, 검은 빵의 효모 향이 차례로 떠오른다. 입에서는 58.1도의 묵직한 알코올이 정향과 모카, 캔디드 진저를 풀어내며 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 1970년대 스페이사이드의 풍요로운 셰리 정수가 마지막 여운까지 어김없이 이어진다.

a little hot and rough, but that’s the very high strength, I’m sure. Let’s not argue… With water: splendid. Olive oil, fruit salad, honey, orange blossom, pummelos, vanilla, maple syrup. Implacably sexy and elegant at the same time

ha, this is amazingly fruity, and rather more tropical than other Longmorns. A fruit salad made out of both fresh and tinned fruits. Melons, bananas, papayas, apples, oranges, even grapes… I simply love this, and even at this very high strength, it’s drinkable. With water: absolute perfection made fruit. Erm, whisky
timer Finish
quite long, with no touches of ginger and pepper to prevent it from getting too fruity. But can whisky be too fruity?
