Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 롱몬 특유의 잘 익은 과일과 꿀, 바닐라 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1985 빈티지 28년 숙성을 거친 이 보틀링은 54도의 도수에서 또렷하고 깊은 질감을 보이며, 입에서는 살구와 보리 사탕, 가벼운 오크 향신료가 균형 있게 발전한다. 풍부한 과실미로 이름난 스페이사이드 몰트다운 구조감이 중심을 잡는다. 피니시는 맥아 단맛과 은은한 향신료가 길게 이어지는 우아한 마무리다.

ah this is very different again, this time there’s a mustiness, moss, mushrooms, some damp earth and sand, then cigars, grasses after the rain, then rhubarb and kiwis (yup, pretty green)… I quite love this! With water: relay lovely! More cigars, woods, incense, earth…
restaurant Palate
it’s a really punchy one, with more depth than the others, more complexity, with cider apples, earth, drops of kirsch, cherries, some ale and a touch of pineapple (perhaps). With water: full Longmornness. Oranges, ale, Turkish delights, bergamots, apples and all that. Mints
timer Finish
long, fruity, firm, with a bitterish grassiness in the aftertaste
