Tasting Notes
오랜 세월이 응축된 짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊이 잠겨 있다. 1957년 빈티지 25년 숙성의 Longmorn답게 첫 향에서 열대 과일, 오래된 종이, 약한 가죽 광택이 또렷이 드러난다. 한 모금에는 망고와 보리 시럽, 가벼운 향신료의 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며, 40도의 강도가 섬세한 구조감을 또렷이 드러낸다. 1950년대 스페이사이드 증류 특유의 두꺼운 본바디가 긴 세월에도 흐트러지지 않고 깊게 머문다. 여운은 열대 과일과 옅은 향신료가 길게 이어진다.

yeah well, it is nicely vanilled, soft, a bit cake-y in the style of Glenmorangie, with some butterscotch and some milk chocolate, as well as a good slice of apple pie. Perhaps a little citrus (blood orange). It’s simple, but yeah, it’s nice
