향의 출발은 버터스카치와 옥수수 시럽이다. 잔을 두면 오렌지 껍질과 마른 허브가 서서히 명확하게 드러난다. 싱글 배럴에서 10년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 아로마의 층이 단순하지 않다. 팰럿은 캐러멜 단맛으로 시작해 정향과 시나몬으로 이동하고 후반의 참나무 쓴맛이 단맛을 정리한다. 50도의 도수는 거칠지 않게 붙는다. 피니시는 건조한 오크와 견과류가 중간 길이로 남는다.
