잔에서 올라오는 첫 향은 흑설탕 시럽과 잘 익은 배다. 조금 지나면 정향과 마른 목재가 배경으로 발전한다. 보틀드 인 본드 규정을 따른 50도 병입이라 아로마의 밀도가 낮지 않다. 입에 넣으면 캐러멜과 버터가 묵직하게 입을 채우고 중반부터 계피와 후추가 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 그을린 오크의 건조함과 은은한 초콜릿이 겹치며 정리된다. 뼈대가 굵고 균형이 단단한 구성이다.
