잔에서 올라오는 향은 구운 옥수수와 잘 익은 자두 쪽으로 기운다. 싱글 배럴 병입이라 배럴 고유의 성격이 그대로 드러나는데 이 보틀은 과실감이 앞선다. 팰럿에서는 흑설탕과 버터 향이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 뒤이어 시나몬과 육두구가 명확하게 드러난다. 50도의 알코올은 날카롭기보다 따뜻하게 퍼진다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 다크 초콜릿이 중간 길이로 남으며 구조가 흐트러지지 않는다.
