잔을 흔들어 향을 끌어올리면 리필 호그스헤드가 남긴 옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 천천히 돈다. 코를 가져가면 벤리네스다운 단단한 보리 단맛 위로 사과와 바닐라, 옅은 시리얼 향이 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 58.1도의 묵직한 질감이 입을 채우고 꿀과 구운 견과, 흰 후추가 또렷이 퍼진다. 넘기고 나면 맥아의 고소함과 알싸한 향신료가 길게 따라온다.
