classic floral Speysider at first nosing, rather on yellow ones (dandelion style), with also a good deal of soft honey and touches of sherry and toasted oak plus roasted nuts. Also hints of overripe apples and a little wood smoke. Classically aromatic, I’d say

sweet and fruity, more on ripe apples this time, a little fudge, butterscotch, malt, honey, a little sherry again, some tea… Did I tell you how classic this was? Also a little corn syrup

medium to short, clean, slightly roasted
