잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 퍼스트필 올로로소에서 익은 벤리네스가 진한 호박빛으로 일렁인다. 코끝으로 가져가면 말린 자두와 호두, 흑설탕의 단내가 먼저 올라온다. 한 모금 삼키면 57.2도가 또렷하게 혀를 데우며 잘 익은 무화과와 가죽, 정향이 번진다. 2014년 증류한 10년산답게 올로로소의 진한 단맛이 어린 패기를 감싼다. 천천히 삼키면 건과일과 다크 초콜릿이 끝맛까지 따라붙는다.
