Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 아몬티야도 셰리를 닮은 호두와 그을음, 머스터드의 쌉쌀한 결이 거침없이 두드러져 벤 네비스를 떠올리게 한다. 퍼스트필 올로로소 옥타브와 쿼터 캐스크에서 10년을 보낸 56.9도 원액답게 셰리의 개성이 짙고 또렷하다. 팰럿은 쌉쌀한 오렌지와 풋호두, 육두구와 시나몬 케이크, 담뱃잎이 균형을 이루며 단단한 구조감을 드러내고, 물을 더하면 오렌지 리큐어와 커피가 발전한다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 달큰하면서도 쌉쌀한 여운이 정확하게 맞물려 남는, 짧은 숙성이 무색한 보틀링이다.
