코끝에는 졸인 건자두와 가죽, 구운 견과가 가장 먼저 닿는다. 매니저스 드램으로 병입된 11년 숙성 벤린네스답게 묵직하고 고기 같은 질감 위로 셰리 단맛이 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 다크초콜릿과 호두, 정향이 53도의 단단한 구조로 발전한다. 졸인 자두와 코코아의 쌉쌀함이 뒤를 잇는다. 스페이사이드다운 두툼한 무게가 또렷하며, 피니시는 가죽과 마른 오크가 길게 남는다.
