Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 31년의 숙성과 올로로소 셰리의 영향이 동시에 두드러진다. 글렌드로낙 그랜저 시리즈답게 진한 건과일과 다크 초콜릿, 가죽이 명확하게 드러난다. 45.8도의 절제된 도수가 캐스크의 풍부함을 부드럽게 풀어 준다. 한 모금 머금으면 무화과잼과 호두, 시나몬이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 피니시는 셰리의 단맛과 묵은 오크의 쌉싸름함이 길게 발전한다. 디스틸러리 보틀링다운 정통 셰리 보밍의 구조감을 보여준다.

typical raisiny sherry but it’s not a monster, not at all, rather a whispering olorosoed Speysider. Roasted nuts and blackcurrant leaves and buds, walnuts, a little tamarind, whiffs of old wood, old red Burgundies… Becomes drier and drier, with a little leather, old pencil box, a slight dustiness, old papers, maybe a little soot, coffee beans (freshly opened pack of coffee)… Little fruits in this one
restaurant Palate
easier, rather fruitier and smoother but also a little tannic and tea-ish after a few seconds, with notes of grape pips, apple peelings, fresh walnuts, green tea… Also a little mint, some ginger, bitters…
timer Finish
long, on marmalade and ginger. Quite some cinnamon and mint as well
