Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌드로낙다운 진한 건포도와 오렌지, 올로로소가 더한 묵은 가죽 향이 두드러진다. 31년 셰리 숙성이 만든 깊이가 팰럿에서 무화과와 정향, 다크초콜릿으로 발전하며 진한 단맛이 입을 채운다. 45.8도로 병입되어 무게와 우아함의 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 건과일이 아주 길게 이어진다. 장기 숙성 올로로소 셰리 몰트의 깊이를 명확하게 보여 주는 보틀링이다.

typical raisiny sherry but it’s not a monster, not at all, rather a whispering olorosoed Speysider. Roasted nuts and blackcurrant leaves and buds, walnuts, a little tamarind, whiffs of old wood, old red Burgundies… Becomes drier and drier, with a little leather, old pencil box, a slight dustiness, old papers, maybe a little soot, coffee beans (freshly opened pack of coffee)… Little fruits in this one
restaurant Palate
easier, rather fruitier and smoother but also a little tannic and tea-ish after a few seconds, with notes of grape pips, apple peelings, fresh walnuts, green tea… Also a little mint, some ginger, bitters…
timer Finish
long, on marmalade and ginger. Quite some cinnamon and mint as well
