진한 마호가니 빛이 잔 깊은 곳에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 1995년의 글렌드로낙을 페드로 히메네스 셰리 펀천에서 21년 동안 보낸 이 싱글 캐스크는 건포도와 무화과, 오래된 가죽의 향이 또렷이 드러난다. 입에서는 49.4도의 도수가 다크 초콜릿과 검은 체리, 흑설탕을 묵직하게 입을 채운다. PX 특유의 시럽 같은 단맛이 긴 여운으로 천천히 사그라든다.
