짙은 적갈색이 잔 벽을 타고 진하게 흘러내린다. 글렌드로낙 1995는 페드로 히메네스 셰리 펀천에서 19년을 보낸 싱글 캐스크로, 이 증류소가 자랑하는 짙은 셰리 풍미가 가득하다. 코에는 건포도와 대추야자, 진한 당밀이 번진다. 54.8도의 입은 시럽처럼 둥글게 차오르며 다크 초콜릿과 무화과, 볶은 호두가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 여운에는 흑설탕과 쌉쌀한 오크가 오래 남는다.
