페드로 히메네스 셰리 펀천에서 19년을 보낸 글렌드로낙이 잔에 진한 마호가니빛으로 가라앉는다. 향에는 건무화과와 대추야자, 오래 졸인 흑설탕의 단내가 빽빽하게 솟구친다. 55.9도의 입맛은 다크초콜릿과 건포도, 가죽의 결을 진하게 풀어내며 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 1994년 빈티지의 깊은 여운에는 쌉쌀한 카카오와 말린 과실의 단맛이 오래도록 깊게 머문다.

this one's really on the orangey side, it's like some Cointreau with some chocolate liqueur, only better. Behind that, some rocks and gravel, flints, leather and touches of cigar tobacco. Maybe a tad narrow but what it does it does it well
restaurant Palate
nothing to do with the other 1994. This time we're having a lot of black tea and cocoa, some flints again, a curious feeling of mint drops (rather Chlorophyll chewing-gum) and then a heavy, thick blackberry jam. Highly concentrated tonic water
timer Finish
long, maybe a bit acrid and tannic but otherwise it's all fine. Bitter oranges and pepper in the aftertaste
