짙은 마호가니 빛이 잔 속에 묵직하게 잠겨 있다. 글렌드로낙이 1993년 증류되어 페드로 히메네스 펀천에서 29년을 머문 흔적은 색의 깊이로 먼저 드러난다. 향에서는 짙은 건포도와 호두, 마른 무화과가 차례로 풀려나고 입에서는 52.4도의 알코올이 진한 PX의 단맛과 가죽으로 흐른다. 여운에는 페드로 히메네스 특유의 끈적한 단맛과 검은 후추가 오래 이어진다.
