잔을 가볍게 흔들면 짙은 구릿빛 액체가 잔 벽을 타고 느리게 흘러내린다. 코를 가져가면 바닐라 빈과 흑설탕이 먼저 인사하고 그 뒤로 그을린 오크와 마른 체리가 따라 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 50도의 힘이 혀 가운데를 곧게 밀고 지나가며 캐러멜과 계피가 함께 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 볶은 견과와 옥수수 단맛이 목 안쪽에 오래 남고 헤븐힐이 10년을 채워 병입한 싱글 배럴답게 마지막까지 축이 흔들리지 않는다.
