Tasting Notes
오랜 세월이 응축된 짙은 적갈색이 잔에 무겁게 고인다. 페드로 히메네스 셰리 펀천이 남긴 체리와 니스, 그을린 오크의 향이 진하게 올라오지만 아직 다 녹지 않은 나무의 날 선 기운도 함께 비친다. 23년을 담은 54.9도의 하이랜드 글렌드로낙은 오렌지와 후추, 쌉쌀한 오크가 힘 있게 부딪히며 거친 결을 드러낸다. 여운은 풋풋한 초록의 씁쓸함과 감귤의 산미가 중간 길이로 남는다.

varnish, curry, crushed cherries, new humidor, IKEA, grass, peach leaves, green coffee beans. Wood not well integrated, it seems, but water should help… With water: no. Some soapy touches that wouldn’t go away (while they usually do under these circumstances). Feels really too raw and young
restaurant Palate
orange squash, pepper, green leaves and stems, bitter oak, raw all-fruit spirit (tutti frutti, but you couldn’t even make a song here). Hard, almost painful. With water: a bit better, just a bit. Some oranges coming out – oranges would save many malt whiskies
