어두운 적갈색이 잔 깊은 곳에서 진하게 빛난다. 1990년 하이랜드의 글렌드로낙을 페드로 히메네스 셰리 펀천에서 21년 길러낸 이 싱글 캐스크는 진득한 셰리의 정수를 담는다. 코에는 건포도와 대추, 다크초콜릿의 향이 깊게 피어오르고 입에서는 흑설탕과 무화과, 구운 견과의 풍미가 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 55.7도의 기운이 단단하게 받치는 여운에는 당밀과 가죽의 향이 길게 남는다.

It’s all complemented by lemon zest that puts your vertebrae back in place, if you know what I mean. Medicinal purposes indeed. With water: it could be Rosebank! Perfect citrus, slight salinity, clay, and a touch of liquorice. Just perfect
