Tasting Notes
세월이 응축된 짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 깊게 빛난다. 글렌드로낙 1963은 와인 같은 향신료의 겹을 두르고, 미라벨 자두 파이와 은은한 훈연의 뉘앙스를 드러낸다. 잘 익은 자두와 계피, 건포도의 향이 풍성하게 열린다. 43도의 부드러운 알코올이 입에서 타르트 타탱과 갈색 설탕, 정향과 감초의 달큰함으로 둥글게 퍼진다. 하이랜드의 고전적 기품이 담긴 이 위스키는 여운에서 풀 같은 왁스의 결을 길게 드리운다.

we have pretty much the same spirit as the W&M here, only with a rather huge coating of winey/spicy notes that, well, go rather well with it. It also gives it kind of an extra-smokiness and finally big notes of mirabelle plum pie. Works well
restaurant Palate
the same thing happens on the palate, with a big spicy fruitiness (ripe plums, cinnamon, sultanas) and an enjoyable roundness. Tarte tatin, brown sugar, hints of cloves and liquorice
timer Finish
rather long, a little more on the whisky now (grassy wax.)
