오래된 셰리의 깊이가 이 글렌드로낙 12년 옛 보틀링의 처음과 끝을 관통한다. 긴 숙성이 빚어낸 향은 건자두와 무화과, 자두, 은은한 담뱃잎과 흙내를 겹겹이 쌓는다. 43도의 도수는 입안에서 깨끗하고 진한 셰리 단맛에 소금 바른 아몬드와 절인 호두를 더한다. 옛 스타일 셰리다운 발사믹의 산미와 랜시오가 또렷한 개성을 만든다. 낡은 셰리 캐스크가 다크 프루트를 아르마냑에 조린 듯한 깊이로 이끈다. 마호가니빛 여운은 호두와 다크 프루트, 짭짤한 온기가 오래도록 남는다.
