글렌드로낙 12년 덤피 보틀은 티처스 시절 병입된 하이랜드 셰리 몰트로, 43도다. 노즈에서는 와인 같은 스파이시함과 미라벨 자두 파이, 옅은 훈연이 명확하게 드러난다. 입에서는 잘 익은 자두와 시나몬, 건포도의 스파이시한 과일향이 또렷하게 발전하며 둥근 질감이 감싼다. 옛 글렌드로낙 특유의 셰리 개성이 진하게 배어 있고, 여운은 흑설탕과 감초, 풀 같은 왁스로 길게 이어진다.

we have pretty much the same spirit as the W&M here, only with a rather huge coating of winey/spicy notes that, well, go rather well with it. It also gives it kind of an extra-smokiness and finally big notes of mirabelle plum pie. Works well

the same thing happens on the palate, with a big spicy fruitiness (ripe plums, cinnamon, sultanas) and an enjoyable roundness. Tarte tatin, brown sugar, hints of cloves and liquorice
timer Finish
rather long, a little more on the whisky now (grassy wax.)
