we have pretty much the same spirit as the W&M here, only with a rather huge coating of winey/spicy notes that, well, go rather well with it. It also gives it kind of an extra-smokiness and finally big notes of mirabelle plum pie. Works well

restaurant Palate

the same thing happens on the palate, with a big spicy fruitiness (ripe plums, cinnamon, sultanas) and an enjoyable roundness. Tarte tatin, brown sugar, hints of cloves and liquorice

timer Finish

rather long, a little more on the whisky now (grassy wax.)
