Flavor Profile
Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊게 어린다. 하이랜드 글렌드로낙이 43도로 담긴 옛 스타일의 12년 오리지널이다. 코에는 미라벨 자두 파이와 와인 같은 향신료, 그 위로 은근한 스모크가 겹쳐 오른다. 뒤이어 건포도와 옅은 감초의 뉘앙스가 층층이 드러난다. 입에서는 잘 익은 자두와 계피, 건포도가 둥글고 달큰한 셰리의 결로 번진다. 타르트 타탱과 흑설탕, 정향의 향신료가 부드럽게 이어진다. 가운데로 갈수록 말린 무화과와 옅은 초콜릿의 단맛이 은근하게 짙어진다. 여운은 풀 같은 왁스의 뉘앙스가 꽤 길게 남는다.

we have pretty much the same spirit as the W&M here, only with a rather huge coating of winey/spicy notes that, well, go rather well with it. It also gives it kind of an extra-smokiness and finally big notes of mirabelle plum pie. Works well
restaurant Palate
the same thing happens on the palate, with a big spicy fruitiness (ripe plums, cinnamon, sultanas) and an enjoyable roundness. Tarte tatin, brown sugar, hints of cloves and liquorice
timer Finish
rather long, a little more on the whisky now (grassy wax.)
