애버딘셔 포그의 완만한 농지에서 글렌드로낙은 셰리로 빚은 진한 원액으로 이름났다. 1981년에 병입된 이 8년산 티처스는 옛 시절의 과실 가득한 면모를 보여주는 희귀한 한 잔이다. 40도의 향은 쇠 냄새와 망고, 오래된 동전과 패션프루트, 가장 부드러운 건포도와 파파야가 어우러진다. 한 모금 넣으면 아보카도와 망고, 파파야 주스에 바닷물 한 방울과 티무트 후추가 또렷하다. 여운은 길게 이어지며 과실 향 가득한 티무트 후추로 깊게 머문다.

difficult to describe. Imagine some kind of healthy juice containing avocado juice, mangos and papayas, drops of seawater, a touch of cough syrup, and really a lot of Timut pepper. That’s it, Timut pepper! Some kind of ueber-tertiary evolution for sure. The strength is perfect

long, and always on Timut pepper, but if you do not know what it is, Timut pepper is one of the fruitiest peppers there are. It’s great with prawns/crab and grapefruit, but I digress…
