Tasting Notes
붉은 기운이 도는 호박빛이 잔 안에 깊게 잠겨 있다. 스코틀랜드에서 가장 작은 증류소 중 하나인 에드라두어의 2010은, 셰리 버트에서 10년을 보내며 건포도와 졸인 자두, 구운 견과의 향을 진하게 풀어놓는다. 한 모금 머금으면 셰리의 단맛과 흑설탕, 가죽의 풍미가 혀를 묵직하게 채우고, 58도의 힘이 풍성한 무게감을 더한다. 작은 증류소 특유의 기름지고 진득한 질감이 인상적이며 말린 과일과 향신료의 끝맛이 길고 따뜻하게 머문다.

yes we're somehow between both Taiwanese, with both a dry cigary tightness and some richer dried fruits, fruitcake, pressed figs and dates, dried pears, a touch of ham, and perhaps even a mini Mars bar. With water : almost a carbon copy of the 2009, which is good news, obviously. Some wonderful sherry butts are in use at Edradour!
restaurant Palate
very assertive, almost authoritative, with loads of coffee (ristretto) and black chocolate, then a few prunes and black raisins. Some French friends may believe this is some kind of old-style family armagnac. With water: Christmas cakes, marmalade, Szechuan pepper, with a wee slice of Linzertorte (with loads of raspberry jam)

long, drier, with rather a lot of bitter chocolate and once again a little Jäger
