노즈에서는 2009년 에드라두어가 올로로소 셰리 캐스크에서 풀 매처링된 11년의 시간 끝에 도달한 잘 익은 무화과, 다크 초콜릿, 호두 껍질의 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿은 55.8도의 캐스크 스트렝스에서 셰리의 마른 단맛과 묵은 가죽이 명확하게 발전한다. 작은 증류기 특유의 진한 캐릭터가 올로로소와 만나 구조감을 단단히 잡아내며 균형감 있게 펼쳐진다. 피니시는 길고 가죽과 다크 초콜릿이 입천장에 깊게 머문다. 작은 증류기와 올로로소가 만든 11년의 응축감을 단정하게 보여 주는 보틀이다.

thick and superb rich sherry, sweeter than on the nose, with much more marmalade and Szechuan pepper. Ground coffee, black tobacco, chocolate, black pepper, apricot jam, Jafa cakes, 'moist' brownies… With water: I have to mention Christmas cakes, Beerewecke, Stolle…
timer Finish
long, clan, more orangey. This time we've kind of gone even further north, towards Alness. More Jaffa cakes in the aftertaste
