it’s clean, and it’s even very good. Nothing that goes astray, rather barley, cereals, a touch of earth, some greengages indeed but no excessive mirabelly notes, and just a handful of golden raisins. All is fine and well in this baby. Now, it’s, cough, quite strong. I should have added water

long and there, mirabelles and the fabulous eau-de-vie we Alsatians are making thereof. Haha…
