노즈는 구운 옥수수와 바닐라 크림의 단 향으로 문을 열고 뒤에서 말린 대추와 정향이 받쳐 준다. 한 모금 뒤 입안에서는 토피와 흑설탕이 묵직하게 자리를 잡고 오크의 탄닌이 단맛을 정리한다. 10년이라는 숙성 기간이 새 배럴의 자극을 충분히 눌러 놓았다. 피니시는 중간 이상의 길이로 후추와 감초가 남는다. 보틀드 인 본드 규정을 지킨 50도 병입의 밀도가 그대로 드러난다.
