잔을 가까이 하면 피칸과 볶은 땅콩의 고소함이 먼저 명확하게 드러나고 바닐린과 오렌지 껍질이 뒤를 받친다. 입에 넣으면 메이플 시럽 같은 단맛이 초반을 채우고 곧 계피와 후추가 올라와 단맛을 조인다. 100프루프의 무게가 중반부터 확실히 느껴지지만 거칠지 않다. 여운에서는 가죽과 코코아가 서서히 발전한다. 켄터키 버번의 전형적 골격을 10년 숙성으로 다듬어낸 보틀링이다.
