오크에서 익다가 포트 캐스크로 마무리한 이력이 에드라두어 위에 붉은 개성을 강하게 남겼다. 포트 우드가 더한 오렌지 리큐어와 말린 과일, 옅은 향신료가 진하게 올라온다. 52.1도의 입안에서는 후추와 큐어드 햄, 리코리스 같은 이색적인 풍미가 묵직하게 흐른다. 작은 증류소 에드라두어다운 진하고 독특한 성격이 포트의 단맛과 부딪친다. 예상보다 옅은 색과 함께 스파이시한 여운이 길게 남는다.
