Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 에드라두어의 구수한 훈연 몰트와 볶은 견과가 가장 먼저 드러나지만, 곧 식물성의 비누기와 마른 종이 같은 올드 스타일의 개성이 뒤따른다. 1988년경 병입된 오래된 40도 라벨답게 팰럿은 설탕 시럽의 단맛과 함께 다소 투박한 발사믹의 산미, 태운 채소의 결이 이어진다. 균형보다는 개성이 앞서는 구성으로 호불호가 갈릴 수 있다. 소박한 옛 스타일의 이 보틀링의 피니시는 그을린 풀과 비누기가 길게 남는다.
