Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔에 진하게 어린다. 하이랜드의 작은 증류소 에드라두어가 올로로소 셰리에서 10년을 보내며 짙은 개성을 얻었다. 볶은 견과와 말린 과일, 흑설탕의 향에 은은한 훈연 몰트의 결이 겹친다. 입안에서는 건포도와 캐러멜의 단맛이 기름진 질감으로 흐르고 향신료의 알싸함이 뒤를 잇는다. 40도의 여운은 오크와 볶은 견과의 결로 묵직하게 남는다.

air Nose
starts well, with smoky malt and roasted nuts, but some kind of vegetal soap is soon to surface. And wet paint, burnt papers, other burnt things… Plastic?
restaurant Palate
no way. A lot of plastic, some cheap supermarket balsamic vinegar, paper again, and always this soapiness. Sugar syrup
timer Finish
rather long, but that’s not great news ;-). Burnt vegetables and household soap
