Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 올로로소 셰리가 입힌 훈연한 맥아와 구운 견과 향이 먼저 두드러지고, 에드라두어 특유의 투박한 식물성 뉘앙스가 뒤따른다. 팰럿은 40도의 도수 위로 셰리의 단맛과 발사믹 같은 산미가 또렷하게 드러나며 다소 거친 개성이 비친다. 피니시는 제법 길고 구운 채소와 시럽 같은 단맛이 머문다. 스코틀랜드에서 가장 작은 증류소 중 하나인 에드라두어의 손맛 짙은 셰리 숙성이 명확하게 드러나는 보틀링이다.
