켄터키 봄의 눅눅한 대기는 오크의 향을 유난히 부드럽게 풀어놓는다. 1999년에 증류한 원액이 10년 뒤 그렇게 잔에 담겼다. 붉은 호박색에서 밀크캐러멜과 배, 바닐라가 순하게 열린다. 50도는 생각보다 단단해 계피와 오크 탄닌으로 번지고 여운에는 옥수수 단맛이 길게 이어진다.
