Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 로크 로몬드 18년이 아메리칸 오크에서 얻은 바닐라와 밀랍, 갓 구운 바게트, 콘플레이크의 향이 두드러진다. 다소 좁은 프로파일이지만 이 하이랜드 몰트는 입에서 바닐라와 사과 주스, 통밀빵과 또렷한 오크 탄닌이 발전한다. 46도의 도수가 질감을 안정적으로 잡아 준다. 피니시는 한층 과실다워지며 옅은 나무 연기가 은은하게 감돌아 균형을 남긴다.

not much, the Inchmurrins had much more to tell us. Vanillin, sawdust, lactones, fresh baguette, cornflakes, furniture polish and beeswax… That’s all jolly nice, but it’s a pretty narrow profile, I would say

vanilla, apple juice, slivovitz, wholegrain bread, and quite some oak tannins. I think the oak feels too much here, gimme back my Inchmurrins!
timer Finish
a little nicer, meaning fruitier. Perhaps a touch of smoke, not too sure. Wood smoke
