버번과 리필, 재가열한 캐스크를 함께 쓴 12년의 숙성이 로크 로몬드의 가벼운 골격에 나무의 표정을 더했다. 향은 바닐라와 톱밥, 잘 익은 사과에서 시작해 포리지와 에일의 곡물감으로 발전한다. 입에서는 46도의 도수 위로 사과와 배, 톱밥 같은 오크의 결이 도드라지지만, 다소 시큼한 나무 기운이 함께 비친다. 재가열 캐스크의 흔적이 남긴 황금빛 잔에서, 무르익은 사과와 라거 맥주의 뉘앙스가 미디엄 길이의 여운으로 이어진다.
