Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 바닐린과 톱밥, 갓 구운 바게트와 콘플레이크 향이 먼저 두드러지고 가구 광택제와 밀랍이 뒤를 받친다. 다만 향의 폭은 다소 좁은 편이다. 팰럿은 바닐라와 사과즙, 통밀빵으로 발전하지만 18년 숙성에서 온 오크 타닌이 제법 강하게 드러난다. 피니시는 한결 과일 향이 살아나며 옅은 우드 스모크가 비친다. 로크 로몬드의 인치머린 라인이 보여 주는 오크 중심 구조가 명확하게 드러난다.

not much, the Inchmurrins had much more to tell us. Vanillin, sawdust, lactones, fresh baguette, cornflakes, furniture polish and beeswax… That’s all jolly nice, but it’s a pretty narrow profile, I would say
restaurant Palate
vanilla, apple juice, slivovitz, wholegrain bread, and quite some oak tannins. I think the oak feels too much here, gimme back my Inchmurrins!
timer Finish
a little nicer, meaning fruitier. Perhaps a touch of smoke, not too sure. Wood smoke
